Please choose your item carefully. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with order # of delivery. You must provide clear photographic proof of the damage and the packaging, because each piece is unique and packaged with protection, we cannot send a replacement, but w will issue a store credit or refund upon verifying the shipping damage.

They are not solid 14k gold. Avoid contact with water, soap, and harsh chemicals. Do not wear your jewelry while showering swimming, or washing up.
